Career Counselling: Provides sector-specific (for Doctors, Nurses, Accountants, Engineers) employment preparation and counseling services (including Career Transitions program) and employer outreach specific to internationally trained professionals
Clinical Counselling: Support Immigrants in crisis like rape, war trauma, torture, high distress), and provides immediate support, child-play therapy, art therapy and clinical assessments.

Education (School Support): Addresses the settlement needs of immigrant and refugee families in schools
Employment: Road map to finding a suitable job. Services include Job Match Network, Job Search, Resume Clinics, Interview Roulette, and lots more
Entrepreneurship: Entrepreneurship Connections helps newcomers who plan to start a business in Canada. If you have owned or operated a business outside Canada, or would like to launch one here, this innovative and informative program will assist you with setting up a successful small business in the Canadian market.
Funding and Scholarship: Offers special grants, loans scholarship and financial advice to newcomers
Housing: Helps newcomers look for long-term housing, provide them with information on the current housing market, accompany them on visits, help them negotiate with landlords, and connect them to a variety of services such as utilities, Bank etc
